My approach to project management is to start by understanding the idea or problem at hand to create and bring to fruition solutions that are best aligned with and support the organization. With experience in both Agile and Traditional project management methodologies, I leverage the best of both to create the ultimate project strategy, taking into account the organizational landscape and objectives.

With a passion for experiences and branding, I take time with the client to understand the problems they face so we can create processes and systems that work for the organization and delight their audiences.
