If you have a complicated, tricky problem to solve and you need someone to manage the team assigned to solve it, I can't recommend Lucas enough. I've known Lucas for over 6 years now and worked with him closely on numerous projects and being able to work with him on a project has always made the project go way smoother and reduced stress and tension for everyone involved. He is a master at somehow always knowing what is going on and assigning work without ever feeling intrusive or disruptive to the creative process or others workflow.
